Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
All information published on our website is solely for the purpose of general information. Whilst we aim to keep all information correct and up to date, we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, availability or suitability of any information contained on the site. You therefore rely on this information at your own risk.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage – direct, indirect or consequential – arising from a loss of data or profit which may arise as a result of using our services.

Varangian Consulting takes no responsibility or liability for our website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues which are beyond our control.
Varangian Consulting reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

By agreeing to deal with Varangian Consulting, you are agreeing to empower an appointed member of the Varangian staff to make decisions which we believe are the best for your business at any particular time.

Thus you are empowering us to change and amend your campaign(s) to achieve what we believe will be the best outcomes for your business.

PAYMENTS

We will work on your account for one calendar month and produce an appropriate report on the last working day of the month. You will set up a bank transfer to be paid on the 1st of every month for the month previous. Should these payments be deemed late, we reserve the right to pause your campaigns until such time that the payment is made in full.

PAYMENTS TO GOOGLE

In compliance with the current GDPR requirements, we hold no information on file about your business, including payment cards details. Once your details are entered in Google we cannot see or access them.

Any payments incurred for Google services will therefore be deemed a relationship between your business and Google directly and we hold no responsibility for that relationship. You card payments will be made to Google directly. Any concerns you may have with Google must be taken up directly with their accounts team.
